Honey Chipotle Salmon 🐟 Ingredients Salmon Filets 1 lime juiced 1/4 C honey 2 garlic cloves grated 2 tbsp olive oil 1/2 tsp cayenne 1 tsp paprika 2 tsp ground chipotle pepper flakes 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes 1/2 tsp chili powder 1 tsp onion powder Pinch of salt Season your salmon with salt and pepper. Combine sauce ingredients and lather on a thick layer (you could marinate this in the fridge for 30 minutes to deepen the flavor) place the salmon on a cedar plank. Heat the grill to about 350-400f. Place the wood plank directly on the grill. Cover and cook for about 17-18 minutes, or until salmon is cooked to your liking. Brush over another layer of marinade at the halfway point Spray the plank with water if you notice it excessively burning 🙂.
